One of the genres I plan to create is a website. It will focus on linking coworkers of generations. There will be a description of different generations wants and needs and explanations on how bosses can fulfill them. This genre furthers the message of my research paper by enforcing that if generational gaps are narrowed that millennials will have less trouble adapting to a workplace. The rhetorical appeals I will be using are logos and pathos. the audience of this genre differs from that of my research paper because my research paper was catered more towards millennials and discussing how stereotypes might effect our careers, but this website will be for worker of all ages, specifically for bosses and people in other positions of authority. Alternate genres I could create in its place are an infographic or a video.

The section regarding sequencing genre pieces states that the genres should be in an order that accurately display/depict the goal. Different types of goals or purposes are: persuading an audience to take action, compare/contrast, tell a story, emphasis a specific rhetorical appeal. I will sequence my genres by first presenting the flyer, then the sticker, and the website last. This will emphasis the more professional and serious aspects of my topic.
