I plan on interviewing Francesca Ciaccio-Freeman, she is the Director of Human Resources at The Florida Bar. According to their website, "The Florida Bar is the organization of all lawyers licensed by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the state." (https://www.floridabar.org/about/)

I chose to interview an employee of the Florida Bar because after getting my undergraduate degree I have hopes to attend law school and pursue a career in either the law or political fields. Mrs. Ciaccio-Freeman has hired current and newly graduated college students in the past, and I am interested to here her experiences with hiring and working with millennials.

Some questions I will want to ask Mrs. Ciaccio-Freeman are "how does working with millennials differ from working with employees belonging to other generations", and "are their specific pros or cons to hiring someone who is in college or has just recently graduated".
