Due to the rapid pace of technological innovation, most work climates are heading down the path of becoming paperless. Millennial's have grown up in this age of technological advancement, and they are quick learners and teachers when it comes to technology.
Diverse
Diversity within the workplace is important for obvious reasons, it allows for several different perspectives and mindsets. Millennial's are the most diverse generation in United States history, with over 40% of adults being non-white.
Socially Consious
Millennial's have grown up in a time of great societal change. They feel personally responsible for making a difference, and prove time and time again that they have the capabilities of doing so.
